BUSINESS PLAN - FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS OF A DELIVERY BURGER STORE

This study presents a business plan for opening a hamburger delivery business in the city of Ilhéus/BA. The business plan is an indispensable tool in generating information for decision-making, making it necessary for any entrepreneur to build it, when an opportunity is identified and an investment is intended. The objective of the work was to identify the economic viability of opening the business, using bibliographic and documentary research as methods. Documentary research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the company's legal needs and assessing production costs. For the field research, a simple questionnaire was prepared and applied in the Municipality of Ilhéus from March to September 2023, seeking to guide the study in relation to market opportunities. To construct the results, we used an electronic spreadsheet extracted from the COMICRO website (Confederação Nacional das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte, 2023), where the data and values that enabled the construction and viability analysis of this business plan were inserted. . The results demonstrate a positive cash flow, but with low levels of profitability and profitability.
