Abstract

This article portrays a reality that I have been observing through my experience over the years of working in education as a teacher of Mathematics here in my city Santo Amaro Ba and that each year gets worse, and even with so many resources and advances in educational systems with changes and improvements in the National Curriculum Parameters and in the Common National Curriculum Base here in my municipality I did not see any improvement in the aspect related to the interest performance, learning sequence and commitment to the construction of competences and skills by the student body. So I bring to colleagues mathematics teachers reflections and contributions from scholars who are concerned with the slowness in educational development and in the search for the best method and line of work for an education that contributes decisively to the professional, social, affective and emotional of students. Here I present ways that appear to contribute to the innovation of methodologies of teachers and digital objects that need to have knowledge to be able to add to our course / action plan and thus enable

Us to work within this new normal. A different educational world awaits us and we have to be prepared for it. This article is committed to foster in the mathematics educator the search for research and the creation of methods, valuing the students' prior knowledge and their contribution in the construction of their learning because only through research and our commitment and of all involved, also using of our creativity we can change this situation.
