The invasion of dental biological space is a common problem in dentistry, which occurs when restorations, prostheses or other dental materials are placed on a tooth without considering the integrity of the periodontal tissue (gums and bone that support the tooth). This can lead to gum inflammation and retraction, tooth root exposure, sensitivity and even tooth loss. Therefore, in view of the various existing techniques and treatments, this literature review addressed the best non-surgical technique in order to reestablish the biological space without interfering with neighboring/adjacent teeth, taking into account aesthetic issues, management, patient well-being , between others.
