The present study mainly seeks to address the topic: Interdisciplinarity in the school environment. Currently, discussions around school interdisciplinarity that opens up space for interaction and integration of curricular components have become increasingly pertinent due to their relevance as a teaching practice. It is possible to expand the understanding of how the teaching-learning process occurs more easily. It also opens up a range of possibilities for teachers to innovate their practice and the opportunity for students to be protagonists. For this discussion, we carried out bibliographical research based on the aforementioned authors: Fazenda (1992, 2008; 2014), Magalhães (2005), Butti (2006), Bizzo (2007), Lima (2008) among others. Therefore, the understanding regarding interdisciplinarity remains comprehensively understood. Its theorists agree that there is a union of knowledge, that is, the existence of dialogue between the disciplines.
