PRÁTICAS EDUCATIVAS COM ENFOQUE PARENTAL PARA A PROMOÇÃO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO INFANTIL NA PRIMEIRA INFÂNCIA: UMA REVISÃO

Introduction: It is needed a better knowledge about the early childhood care, focusing on the parental approach, as this ends up being the most current method of care used in rehabilitation. Nevertheless, few studies are dedicated to the investigation of the theme. Objective: Carrying out an integrative literature review in order to investigate educational practices with a parental focus for the promotion of early childhood development. Materials and Methods: It was used the following descriptors: ‘’ Parental ’AND‘ ’Childhood’ AND ‘’ Promotion ’AND‘ ’’ Parental ’’ AND ‘’ Childhood ’AND‘ ’Promotion’ in all databases. In the CAPES, Google Scholar and Pubmed databases. The survey was conducted in April 2021. Results: From the analysis of the data it was possible to verify that 08 papers score about the little variety of studies related to this new theme. In addition, 03 studies reported on the influence caused by economic, social and gender issues within this process of parental empowerment. In addition, still being raised in 05 of the papers, family ignorance about the presented pathology and the care that should be provided. 02 articles focus on parents' socioeconomic and school factors. 07 works emphasize the importance of health professionals being partners of the family. Conclusion: Thus, it was possible to observe that the educational practices with a parental focus for the promotion of child development in early childhood are aimed at the importance of the necessary support to the family that idealized a family and at birth this view is deconstructed. The role of the professionals involved in this care is important to support and guide the family about the reality they are facing. Thus, it is possible to have greater family participation in this care and taking it to the home environment.
