Data collection will be carried out through databases such as Scielo, Google Scholar, among others, from 2018 to 2023. Expected Results: In the results, we seek to analyze the role of legal operators in this scenario, in search of to prevent these acts, even if typified by the Penal Code, from continuing to be carried out without accountability and punishment of the agents.
