SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL MEASURES FOR ADOLESCENTS IN CONFLICTS WITH THE LAW

Abstract

This paper analyzes the socio-educational measures and their consequences for teens. Seeks to define the concept of child and adolescent to the statute and the measures applied to each of them. So given the fact that it is the application of educational measures is analyzed social reintegration integration to family and society. This pitch the severity of infractions and actions covered by the Statute of Children and Adolescents become often ineffective not for teenagers to society that always has the sense of impunity on the discrepancy between the palisades measures to over eighteen ( 18) years and minors. The work deepens the educational measures, especially in its effectiveness on the full protection adopted by the legislature.
