This study addresses the Digital Culture discipline and explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as part of the curriculum. The Code.org platform was chosen as a tool for practical teaching of AI concepts. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire applied immediately after the class. The objective was to evaluate students' perception regarding the use of AI and the Code.org platform as educational resources. The results indicated that the combination of the Digital Culture discipline, artificial intelligence and the Code.org platform was well received by the students, who demonstrated interest and understanding of the concepts presented. This study highlights the importance of AI using resources such as the Code.org platform, to promote digital education and awaken students' interest in the demands of the constantly evolving digital world.
