The present work is about observation, analysis and considerations about difficulties and repercussions experienced in the period of the pandemic caused by Covid-19 by professors in the area of Law. The methodology used was bibliographical research and reading reports/reports within the time frame of the pandemic to the present day. At first, the context and general scenario of the pandemic environment and its initial impact on the teaching scenario were presented. Next, an attempt was made to address the difficulties reported by professors in the legal area, as well as students. Situations of negative points and turning points were listed. It is concluded that, within the peculiarities, law professors have experienced unprecedented experiences, seeking not only their maintenance in the labor market, but also their updating and acceptance within the new normal.
