Abstract

The present work aims to relate the psychological problems developed by the military police who incessantly work hard, facing risks, solving other people's problems. The mental health of these professionals is increasingly shaken, which leads to more and more alarming situations in a deep context of depression and suicidal thoughts, which would be the final stage. A sharper look should be given to the military police, especially those on the front line who are the most affected. Finally, possible solutions were proposed to help professionals who work in the Military Police of the State of Paraná (PMPR) and who are facing psychological problems.
