This article addresses the need to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge to promote sustainable solutions for vulnerable families. The current economic, social and state model often fails to address structural deficiencies, perpetuating human indignity. Therefore, it is crucial to rethink the strategies that aim to guarantee a flow of capital in motion, in order to promote dignity and well-being to these families. The research consisted of a comprehensive bibliographic review, addressing topics such as the capitalist system, economic perversion, distribution of wealth, limits and freedom, subsidiarity, among others. The results highlight the importance of integrating interdisciplinary knowledge in the search for sustainable solutions for vulnerable families. The collaboration between areas of knowledge, such as sociology, bioethics and law, enables a broad understanding of the vulnerabilities faced by these families, covering social, ethical, legal and political aspects. Given the limitations of the current model, the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge becomes essential to promote sustainable solutions for vulnerable families. It is essential to understand the relationship between limits and freedom, seeking freedom exercised with responsibility and commitment. Collaboration between different areas of knowledge helps to understand family vulnerabilities and to identify effective intervention strategies. Through the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge, it is possible to promote sustainable solutions that strengthen these families and contribute to the construction of a more just and dignified future, allowing facing the challenges of vulnerable families and guaranteeing their sustainable development.
