This article aims to report an internship experience in Organizational Psychology carried out in a company located in the city of Curitiba, with a family management model. Systematic observations were carried out on site in order to obtain an institutional diagnosis and a possible intervention project. Family entrepreneurship has its importance in that it generates a large number of job openings, empowering people to a society and with that its daily sustainability, itself and its family members. Know the importance of hiring new professionals as in the case of an organizational psychologist who will work on motivational issues, creating an organizational climate that is harmonious, facilitating the professional growth of employees, through the promotion of activities in which there are interactions in the professional and family field. Another role for the Organizational Psychologist is to manage and minimize conflicts that may occur in the workplace, also to work with HR, in relation to promotions and/or hiring of employees. And in the case of layoffs, it is important to monitor them so that feedback is given in relation to the fact, as well as contributing to the establishment of the company's organizational climate.
