Abstract

Many philosophers have devoted their best efforts to explaining the genesis of the state. Among them is Nietzsche, whose political thought is highly polemical and disruptive. This article undertakes the task of demonstrating that Nietzsche's thinking about the genesis of the State is original and does not fit into any of the schools traditionally studied about the subject (theory of force, theory of natural origin and contractualist theory), which generates profound theoretical implications in relation to the sustainability and possibilities of human relations (social and political) that develop in its territory, as well as in relation to the very concept of the State.
