Abstract

This article aims to analyze the topic of Relationship Marketing, highlighting the main differentials. In order to stand out in the market, Small Businesses (EPPs) must offer differentials that promote a close relationship with customers. Relationship Marketing plays a key role in this process, allowing customer loyalty through satisfaction and trust. The goal is to delight customers by exceeding their expectations.Relationship Marketing allows companies to build lasting relationships. Tools such as Loyalty Programs, Chatbots, Social Networks, Gifts and Email are used to strengthen customer relationships. Understanding and applying Relationship Marketing is essential for the continued growth of small businesses in a competitive market.In short, understanding and applying Marketing is essential for companies to achieve continuous growth. Through the creation of lasting relationships and the use of personalized strategies, companies can gain customer loyalty and stand out in an increasingly competitive market.
