The research seeks to understand the importance of music in Kindergarten to the 5th year, thus, the general objective is to identify the possible challenges of Education. For that, a bibliographical and field research was carried out, which consists of a review of the literature related to the theme addressed. It is concluded that music is a resource that is used to develop problem solving skills, however, music should be used as another resource to facilitate teaching, but it should not be the only tool used. Analyzing the results obtained during the application, it can be seen that music helped to make the link between theory and practice, and the contents are approached in a motivating and integrating way.
