AN APPROACH ON THE INCLUSION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE LABOR MARKET AND THEIR CHALLENGES IN CONSTITUTIONAL ISONOMY

Abstract

The present work has as general objective to carry out an approach on the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market and its challenges in the constitutional isonomy. And to this end, it contextualizes the concept of disability, its specificities and panorama in Brazil; presents the legal mechanisms that ensure people's rights, emphasizing the right to inclusion in the labor market; and identifies the challenges faced by people with disabilities in inclusion in the labor market. To evidence the advances in relation to the insertion of people with disabilities in the labor market and the panorama of the barriers faced for the realization of this right, because only when the obstacles are revealed is it possible to create strategies to change the current scenario. And to assign the status of scientificities required, the research carried out has a qualitative and bibliographic character, with a deductive approach, using the research technique the indirect documentation.
