The age of digital technologies poses challenges to pedagogical innovation in teaching and learning at all levels of education. The process of building new social relationships fosters the practice of using digital technologies and transforms traditional methodologies into alternatives to promote teaching and learning. Thus, an exchange relationship is established based on the principles of pedagogical innovation and socio-technological interaction in the educational management environment. The article presents challenges for the academic community to develop strategies to support education in adverse situations. The systemic transformation of teaching and learning processes points to a new everyday life at universities. Through the new instruments of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and educational integration mechanisms, we seek to highlight effective inclusion and the interactive digital process. Digital inclusion enables the quality of education in higher education institutions and must be seen as an absolute priority during the adverse process of teaching and learning, through the efficient use of digital technologies it is possible to advance one more step and win in the fight against the interruption of everyday and face-to-face activities, from classrooms to research and extension laboratories, from undergraduate and graduate courses at federal institutions across the country. The recent pandemic situation from the year 2020 emerged in the midst of a global educational crisis, potentiating the parameters of socio-educational exclusion associated with rising evasion in public universities. Therefore, given the current situation, the biggest challenge is to ensure the continuity of academic activities efficiently and without significant disruptions to the set of actors that are part of higher education academies. In this way, the interpretations of a qualitative nature emphasize the bibliographic investigation reconciled with the debates on the changes in the way of teaching and learning, adding knowledge to the production of alternatives from information of the accumulated experiences and lived in the analyzed period. The screen research results in informational reflection as a support base for undergraduate courses in Humanities and Social Sciences, with the purpose of subsidizing students and contributing to the process of interaction with professors during emergency semesters.
