There are several pathologies can affect the male reproductive system, among are testicular neoplasms,wich are frequent,especially in elderly dogs, their fequency is Only lowe in relation to skin tumors.Among the most common testicular neoplasms are Sertoliomas, Seminomas and Leydigocytomas. The presente work aims to bring a case reporto f a Leydig cell & espermatocele, in a twelve-year-old mixed breed dog, who had been taken to the veterinary clinic for na elective orchiectomy. During the sugery, the veterinarian noted that testicles were, irregular,with the left one being more irregular, so it was sent to the laboratory for a biopsy and subequent confirmation of a neoplasm.
