This study aims to demonstrate how crimes of passion and stalking can be directly linked. The approach is necessary because it tends to give visibility to this connection between conducts one of which can lead to the other. We have the porpouse of showing how this practice negatively affects the life and psychological of those who face this type of situation. The analysis of the Daniella Perez case made us realize that even though stalking did not exist in the legal system at the time of the crime it was clearly presente in the conducts perpetrated by Guilherme de Pádua and Paula Thomaz requiring greater visibility of these conducts in order to protect the physical integrity and victims psyche. Finally it is important to emphasize the constant evolution of these matters in Brazil with the enactment of new laws that give increasing visibility to the disapproval of such conduct.
