This research aims to analyze the importance of games in early childhood education through teachers' narratives. It is necessary to consider the need to implement games as active methodologies and didactics mediated in the classroom, through a playful proposal. The interest in developing the research emerged as a concern to demonstrate how games can influence the learning process and how the teacher should adopt it in the classroom, as well as understanding that the use of dynamics is configured as a method that facilitates children's learning. This study becomes extremely relevant to be discussed as it raises the importance of games in the development process of children's learning at the same time that it raises the attention of teachers to carry out innovative pedagogical practices for early childhood education. This study was carried out through a bibliographical survey aiming at deepening the discussions on the subject. The research was also carried out through the production of data in the field (in loco), since it carried out a practical research and dialogue with real subjects on the subject. The conclusion shows that the games significantly contribute to the improvement of the teaching-learning process of the children, since the ludic allows the affective, social, motor and cognitive development of each child.
