Abstract

This research seeks to highlight the importance of using family constellation methods in resolving disputes, focusing on Rondônia family courts. The dimension of the Family Constellation with regard to conflict resolution in the family courts is due to the fact that it acts directly in the focus of the problem, working with elements of psychological awareness, bringing up issues rooted in the family system, which influence the development of individuals and consequently the procedural resolution, allowing an extensive understanding of the dispute in question.
