Abstract

This article aims to discuss a reflection of professional librarians in Brazil. In order to stand out under the role of the information professional, in front of a Library, Documentation Center and Information Unit. It aims to contextualize the importance of adaptation through the changes and transformations that have taken place in Information Technologies for the performance, exercise and recognition of the Brazilian Professional Librarian.
