This article discusses the relevance of human dignity in educational actions aimed at adolescents who have been victims or witnesses of violence. The study emphasizes the importance of pedagogical practices that respect human rights, foster self-esteem, and ensure a safe environment for the full development of adolescents. Through a theoretical and reflective analysis, the study highlights the role of educational and social institutions in developing strategies focused on the protection, support, and empowerment of these adolescents, contributing to violence prevention and the promotion of social justice. The objective of this article is to identify the main consequences of violence in the lives of adolescents and to examine how these consequences affect their dignity within the educational system. Furthermore, the study discusses practical educational strategies that teachers may adopt to address these issues in the classroom. The research is based on a qualitative bibliographic approach, consisting mainly of books and scientific articles, as well as an analysis of legislation related to the subject and a review of doctrinal and jurisprudential positions. Currently, there is a growing demand for protection systems capable of ensuring qualified assistance, comprehensive protection, and educational actions that adequately safeguard adolescents who are victims or witnesses of violence. In this context, parental involvement in their children's school life becomes particularly relevant.
