Abstract

The work of that conclusion now presents itself aims to show the general reality of the prison system since its origin, evolution over time, its crisis and difficulties, and seek alternatives to address the resocialization, to provide a rehabilitation of the prisoner for their reintegration into society with dignity. It is intended to highlight aspects that escape the knowledge of society, emphasizing the issue of human rights and in violation of this and various topics of the Law of Penal Execution.
