This article aimed to analyze the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in the personalization of learning, discussing their contributions, challenges, and potential for building more meaningful and inclusive education. Methodologically, it is a bibliographic research with a qualitative approach, based on the analysis of scientific productions published between 2018 and 2024 in databases such as SciELO, Google Scholar, and BVE. The study prioritized works addressing the pedagogical use of ICTs in personalized teaching, emphasizing student protagonism, teacher mediation, and innovative practices in school contexts. The results showed that ICTs, when used intentionally and strategically, foster autonomy, engagement, and collaborative learning, bringing knowledge closer to students’ real-life contexts. However, challenges remain regarding teacher training and digital equity. It is concluded that a critical and humanized integration of ICTs represents a path to transform education into a more dynamic, inclusive, and human-centered process.
