The teaching and learning process can be achieved more coherently when the educational objectives are clear and defined for both the teacher and the students. Bloom's Taxonomy is a system that organizes and defines learning objectives according to the appropriate cognitive axis for each level of education, respecting the hierarchy of complexity between them, that is, from the easiest level to the most complex level, so that the student can only reach the next level if he has appropriated the previous one. With this knowledge, the teacher is free to choose the teaching method and strategies to be used in class. To better understand these objectives and apply them in the classroom. In this context, the present work had as general objective to understand the importance of Bloom's Taxonomy in the teaching and learning process. It was also a subject of study in this work to understand the collaborative practices that contribute to the teaching and learning process and that can be used in different contexts of the classroom.
