DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TOOLS USED BY MANAGERS IN SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTS

This article sought to identify the digital technology tools that are being used by managers in school environments. The results indicate that several tools are being adopted by managers, highlighting online learning platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Google Classroom, Zoom; applications such as Kahoot and Quizizz; social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and X; digital applications ARKAS (School Activity and Budget Plan Application), SIPD (Regional Development Information System), Kahoot and Quizizz; and Intelligent School Management System such as: NEUKinderApp (Near East Kindergarten School Mobile App). Thus, in the conclusion it was evident that the school manager needs to be aware of digital technology tools since they have their specificities both in terms of operation and applicability. It is possible to observe several benefits, such as those related to communication, student performance, improvements in efficiency, accuracy and transparency in school management, enhancement of management work, in addition to contributing to maximizing educational quality. At the end of this study, suggestions for future research were offered to all readers.
