Abstract

The SWOT Analysis (or SWOT Analysis in Portuguese) is a management tool whose main objective is to assess the situation of a given company or projects in relation to the internal and external environment. This article sought to discuss how the SWOT tool can influence the Development of the Family Farmer Sebastião Delmondes Moreira in the Prata Settlement in the City of Palmas/TO. The work aims to analyze the internal and external factors of the rural property, where the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats will be analyzed. In this way, a survey was carried out using the SWOT tool to identify the necessary points for the development of the family property.
