This study aims to conduct a integrative review of scientific literature published between 2019 and 2024 regarding autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and family support. The research seeks to understand the influence of early diagnosis within the family context, highlighting emotional and psychological impacts on primary caregivers such as stress, anxiety, and emotional burden. Furthermore, the review aimed to analyze how coping strategies employed by family members can mitigate the negative effects of the diagnosis and strengthen family dynamics. In conclusion, the findings indicate that the integration of early diagnosis, evidence-based interventions, and the strengthening of support networks is essential to promote a better quality of life for children with ASD and their families.
