The medical internship represents a fundamental stage of academic training, requiring the organization of assessments, grades, groups, rotations, administrative records, and interaction among students, preceptors, and coordination. In many institutions, these processes are still carried out manually, generating bureaucracy, high resource consumption, and risk of information loss. This study aims to present the development of Intermed, a responsive web system designed for the management of medical internships, with the purpose of fully digitizing institutional workflows and increasing operational efficiency. This is an applied case study with an exploratory-descriptive approach, involving requirements gathering, user interviews, functionality modeling, and the implementation of a functional prototype. The results demonstrated the technical feasibility of the system, highlighting its potential to increase efficiency, reduce management time, and improve process traceability. It is concluded that Intermed contributes to the modernization of medical internship administration by promoting automation and institutional integration, in addition to indicating perspectives for future research in different academic contexts.
