Resumen

This artículo aims to reveal the importance of special education and high skills from a psychoanalytical point of view in the care of children and adolescents in schools and in the social sphere. In the case of special education, its main purpose is to provide opportunities for students with special needs to improve their abilities, from an intellectual, physical, social and work point of view, through knowledge, skills and aptitudes, providing their well-being. being and accomplishments. The LBD (Lei de Diretrizes e Bases) has the mission of establishing and structuring education in Brazil, from kindergarten to higher education, with the purpose of guaranteeing the social right to education for all Brazilian students, verifying skills, in the educational scenario, in that show compliance with the resources that need to be practiced in each curricular element, which will allow the technical applicability of the attributions exposed in the BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular). From another perspective, psychoanalysis becomes essential in these cases, intervening in educational actions, since it allows for weighting and for the educator to understand the pedagogical effectiveness around the student and his ability to develop paths in relation to his performance in the classroom, even if it is based on theoretical structuring.
