Abstract

This study addressed the challenge of enhancing quality management in private early childhood education schools that implement the flipped classroom, focusing on the integration of educational technologies. The main goal was to investigate strategies to improve educational quality in institutions adopting innovative pedagogical practices. The methodology involved a literature review, examining factors influencing quality management and how technology can be effectively integrated into the teaching-learning process. Findings indicated that technological infrastructure, ongoing teacher training, and school management's commitment to continuous improvement are crucial for the successful implementation of the flipped classroom. Additionally, the importance of personalized teaching was highlighted. It was concluded that a strategic and continuous improvement-focused approach is essential for effectively integrating pedagogical and technological innovations, aiming for educational excellence. The final considerations emphasize the need for ongoing collaboration among all stakeholders to sustain long-term improvements in early childhood education quality.
