Abstract

The Business Model Canvas is a matrix made up of nine blocks that represent the main areas of an enterprise, offering a comprehensive view of the business and allowing a detailed analysis of its essential components. One of the main advantages of BMC is its versatility, adapting to different types of businesses and markets. This approach allows entrepreneurs, managers and project teams to describe and discuss business models in a visual and intuitive way, facilitating the understanding of interactions between the different areas of the company and the planning of strategic actions. The story of Caraminhola Doce Gourmet is the realization of the dream of its founder, whose passion for creating sugary delicacies led her to invest in her training, improving her skills and acquiring in-depth knowledge in the art of confectionery over time. The bakery and confectionery sector presents itself as a promising area in the food market, full of growth opportunities. Over the years, bakery and confectionery have evolved thanks to the introduction of new technologies and production processes, standing out for the quality and variety of products offered. Bakeries and confectioneries attract consumers by providing products that symbolize comfort and satisfaction. Using Canvas as a guide in managing Caraminholas Doces Gourmet offers numerous advantages. This visual tool allows the company to structure and innovate its business model effectively, ensuring that essential areas are aligned and contributing to the company's success. Therefore, the application of Canvas becomes a highly beneficial strategy for this gourmet sweets company, enabling it to meet market demands more efficiently and effectively.
