According to data from the 2010 Census, from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, Brazil has about 23.9% of the population with some type of disability and according to the World Health Organization, people with disabilities (PCD) have worse prospects for health, education and work. These data reveal the importance of the issue of accessibility and inclusion, therefore it is understood that accessibility is a fundamental right. This research aims to know the Brazilian legislation regarding the rights of workers with disabilities; identify internal regulations of the national justice council that ensure accessibility and inclusion in the judiciary; therefore, this dissertation discusses the historical path of people with disabilities in the world, weaving a discussion on the main laws that contributed to the evolution of legal regulations for people with disabilities. issues of accessibility and inclusion, people with disabilities, in addition to the collection of digital data. From the analysis of the data obtained in this research, it was found that there is a willingness to implement the rules of accessibility and inclusion, however it is not a reality, the courts still need to meet several requirements that are advocated in the regulations.
