This study aims to evaluate the impact of using Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (L-PRF), combined with low-level laser therapy and specific nutritional protocols, on the healing and bone regeneration process in a patient undergoing tooth extractions. This is a clinical case report of a patient with an oncological history who underwent extraction of teeth 28 and 48. L-PRF and laser therapy were applied to tooth 48, while conventional extraction without biomaterials was performed on tooth 28. The methodology involved clinical, radiographic, and tomographic follow-up, as well as nutritional monitoring based on validated tools and targeted supplementation. The results demonstrated greater bone density, trabeculation, and cortical continuity in the alveolus treated with L-PRF and laser therapy, highlighting accelerated tissue repair and improved healing quality compared to the conventional technique. The combination of autologous biomaterials, photobiomodulation, and nutritional support proved to be an effective, safe, and predictable strategy, particularly in patients with systemic or nutritional limitations, contributing to advances in regenerative dentistry.
