EVOLUÇÃO DO PACIENTE MEDIANTE AO DIAGNÓSTICO DE ADENOCARCINOMA DE DUODENO: UM RELATO DE CASO ONCOLÓGICO

Resumen

Small intestinal adenocarcinoma is a rare disease, with non-specific symptoms and often diagnosed when the disease is already advanced. The main symptom is abdominal pain. We describe a case of a patient treated in August 2023, female, Caucasian and with no family history of intestinal neoplasia, who presented with rapidly progressive jaundice. He arrived at our service in a short time with symptoms, where the diagnosis was made, with an already advanced neoplasm with metastases, but without the possibility of curative therapy.
