This article aimed to investigate the influence of organizational climate on workers' performance. For that, a literature review was carried out, in which concepts and theories related to the organizational climate and performance were raised. The results indicated that there is a strong relationship between the organizational climate and the performance of workers, and that factors such as leadership, communication, recognition and development opportunities are important for improving the climate and performance. It is concluded that investing in improving the organizational climate can bring significant benefits to companies, such as increased productivity, motivation and employee satisfaction.
