The Center for Nutritional Recovery and Education (CREN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to health care, whose main objective is to combat and prevent child malnutrition. CREN is made up of a multidisciplinary team, among these professionals are pedagogues, social workers, nutritionists, psychologists, nurses, dentists and doctors, as well as administrators and cooks. Thus, this article aims to evaluate the acceptance and refusal of meals by its users, in order to propose strategies for child food refusal in a nutrition stage in collective feeding.
