WORKING CONDITIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN THE CURRENT DAYS: ANALYSIS OF LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR WORK PROTECTION

Abstract

The legal guarantees of people with disabilities in the market for labor activities are present in laws and bills that aim to protect this group of people and so that what is part of their respective rights can be respected. The objective of this work is precisely to identify what are the legal guarantees that aim at said protection, in addition to addressing an evolutionary aspect in relation to Brazilian legislation regarding the evolution of these rights. As well as pointing out some laws that deal with these rights and we will also analyze judicial decisions of the labor court and the application of these rights in such concrete cases. From the methodological point of view, it was done in a descriptive way, where the study about bibliographic materials, as previously mentioned, laws. Then, the choice of analyzing scientific articles occurred to contribute to the formatting of the text along with laws and bills, which are still in progress, and which aim to further improve these guarantees with the presence of authors such as Da Silva (2016), Garcia (2014), among others. Therefore, it is emphasized that it is important that people become aware of this topic, so that they can apply it in their daily lives, and act in a correct and respectful way, since there is a culture in Brazil of lack of information about these topics and it is This culture needs to change and thus reach many people.
