QUALITY OF SERVICE AT BASIC HEALTH UNITS: A LITERATURE REVIEW

The National Primary Care Policy comes in such a way as to ensure access and reception, where the unit's team must receive and listen to the community, welcome, listen and offer a positive response, reduce damage and suffering of this, recognize the co-responsibility of caring and thus making the subjects protagonists in improving the quality of health. From this perspective, the objective is to analyze the quality of care provided by basic health units through data and information obtained from a literature review. this is a systematic literature review, characterized by an interpretative integration of the results of qualitative studies, in the following databases: BDENF, Google Scholar, SCIELO, LILACS, colecciona SUS and MEDLINE. The research carried out identified 20 articles in the databases. For a quality service, the professional-user relationship will be essential to implement the service. a similar point addressed in the studies is about welcoming. This is highlighted as the main tool for expanding access and promoting quality improvement. The study showed that there is divergence about the orientation of Primary Care services when analyzed from the perspective of professionals and users. Thus, in addition to the constant need for professional qualification of health teams, the units also need to function in accordance with the needs of users.
