This paper proposes a lecture on the environment as a fundamental right under the right to life, as well as elaborate on environmental education and awareness strategy to achieve an ecologically balanced environment. This research will be accomplished through a critical analysis of theoretical framework and legislative documents observing the right to live within the scope of constitutional and international law with qualitative nature. It is relevant that the whole society and the Government work together with these strategic plans in order to raise awareness , supervising , resolving conflicts and to sanction those who cause damage , or even making it through the creation of an International Tribunal Ambiental.
