Abstract

This research highlights a relevant and essential theme to be proposed, which is the consideration of literacy processes and also the use of technologies today. Literacy is extremely relevant and plays a fundamental role in the life of the being, however, it is currently impossible to portray the human being without talking about technologies and the use of means for this. In this sense, the general objective is to promote the perception of the use of smartphone applications as auxiliary tools in the literacy process. Documentary and bibliographical research was used for its realization. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that the use of applications can be very beneficial, allowing the literacy process to be more playful, attracting more attention from the student and developing their learning effectively.
