Abstract

The observance of the lack of formal rules, or non-compliance with them, in public school departments, provided the need to present the present work, lecturing on the indispensability of the School Regulations in educational institutions, highlighting the supposed consequences resulting from its absence . It is believed that the non-application of educational precepts can generate anomalies, bewildering the process and impairing its quality. It is a document that defines the basic arrangements for the structure and functioning of the school, in addition to controlling the behavior and actions of individuals. It must contain the main duties, rights and prohibitions of all segments of the institution, imposing the order of compliance and prohibiting any act that is not in accordance with its content. For the realization of the same, a bibliographical research was carried out, communing with the conceptions of some authors. The same aims to show educational institutions the importance of regimental guidelines for guiding the educational process, consolidating the desired success.
