Abstract

This research deals with the importance of the environment, in this sense, the general objective is to analyze the criminal liability of mining companies. Cu lei the specific objectives are: to identify those that are used or to detect the environmental environmental crimes of the specific crimes by mining company, to approach, to deal with biomes that use Brazil. This is an exploratory and bibliographical research, based on the contributions of the Environmental Crimes Law (1998), (IBGE, 2022), (MENEGUZZI, 2009).
