INTERNATIONAL TRAFFICKING IN PERSONS: A LOOK FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION

The present work is intended to point to a crime that has been growing silently over time, which is the international trafficking of persons, which was present in Article 231 of the Brazilian Penal Code where it was revoked by Law 13344 of October 6, 2016, which associated with Article 149-A, paragraph V, in order to contextualize and adopt measures to reduce precariousness in the law in search of improvements and / or to improve existing ones so that we can reduce their constant growth. Given the above, we will see what the current situation is in Brazil and in the world context. About the methodology we will first show how this crime is treated internally in Brazil, what mediated that then being taken to avoid the entry of people from other countries for that purpose intended that is sexual exploitation. Then we will address the main problems that are faced in this fight against internal crime and the ease of leaving the country to other countries for commercial practice. Define the trafficking of people from the constituent elements to their configuration and draw a profile of the potential victims. Soon we will also talk about the projects being carried out for direct combat and the other crimes that end up being associated with this international traffic of people, based on legislation, doctrines, scientific articles, jurisprudence and reports.
