Abstract

Humanity is a recurring theme in the health sector today, whether in private or public networks. It is essential to link it to the practice of any and all professionals who make up multidisciplinary teams in any developed sector. This study aimed to evaluate, through literature and scientific articles, how the humanized treatment of patients with advanced cancer diagnosis can contribute to the effectiveness of their treatment through clinical resources. Humanization in care has been widely discussed in several studies on its importance, its implementation, and the challenges of its implementation not only in the context of intensive care but also in all degrees of complexity of care.
