Abstract

The present study analyzed the challenges faced in the service diversification process of the company MP Braga Melo ME. He was. The method used in this article was qualitative and quantitative, being developed through theoretical bibliographic research and an application of field research to better complement the exposed information. And through the data collected and application of the research for analysis, some results were obtained as the external environment collaborates for the diversification of services, thus, the importance of the organization to be always attentive to changes in the environment that it is inserted, always analyzing business opportunities. In the considerations it can be concluded that it was found that the diversification of services in the organization was positive, attracting public both from the municipality where the company is located and from the surroundings, thus expanding the range of customers.
