Abstract

This research is a study about social psychology and the crossings in the subjectivity of the subject with a criminal alternative and its possible impacts, in which it is intended to understand about criminal alternatives in Brazil, as well as how they are configured and their modulations. It is guided by the knowledge of social psychology in which it is understood to be an area that studies the subjective dimension of social phenomena, and the subject's behavior towards other people and experiences. The social crossings, as well as the family, social, racial and cultural context are present in the process of the subjective constitution of the individual, there is not a predominant factor that implies in its constitution, but rather, a variability of factors, elements and events that each its way influences and contributes to the subjectivity being formed and established in a peculiar and personal way. Subsequently, psychology is analyzed in the context of criminal alternative and how the performance of the psychology professional corroborates the valuation of the subjectivity of the individual who is in this context in which they are often categorized by discriminatory stigmas and attitudes of a common and capitalist sense. The research proposed a Bibliographic Review of a qualitative nature in which the theoretician Michel Foucault and Félix Guattari was taken as theoretical contribution.
