The present work is a bibliographic research, which analyzes the main fundamentals of school management regarding the articulation of pedagogical practices, focusing on the students' learning outcome. It addresses the role of the school management team as an essential element of the teaching process so that students can achieve significant learning in the schooling process. In view of this, it emphasizes the educational principles pertinent to the current educational needs, indispensable to the academic formation of people in the context of the 21st Century. It emphasizes the importance of Educational Planning so that the Political Pedagogical Project reflects the perception of the school's pedagogical model, the evaluation process and its relevance for the promotion of teaching-learning improvement strategies. It points out that the management of educational results aims at the quality of education offered by the school, contributing to the elaboration of strategies that mitigate the problems that hinder the significant learning of students. Thus, it concludes that the management of the result indicators at school is a challenge inherent to the dialectic of school management activities, so that learning is emancipatory.
