Abstract

The present work intends to address issues relevant to labor law, with regard to labor relations issues in times of a pandemic, the directive power of the employer due to the possibility of mandatory vaccination by the employee and his possible absence from work for just cause. . In this way, it is worth questioning whether the unvaccinated employee would be putting the health of other workers at risk and, therefore, would it be more than a right, would it be a duty of the employer to remove that individual to preserve the work environment? The work has the general objective of: analyzing which factors determine the issue of forced vaccination, verifying the dismissal for just cause in case of refusal by the employee. To carry out the research, a literature review was used. In this sense, publications from electronic databases were used, namely: Scielo and Google Scholar. A survey and analysis of bibliographic materials such as articles, magazines, books and official documents was carried out.
